Sustainability Reporting
For several years, Xstrata Nickel has engaged The Works to help it deliver comprehensive and complete reporting around its sustainability performance. In 2009, we conducted interviews with key personnel at operations in places ranging from Canada’s North to the South Pacific, and we made sure that the strategic priorities of local operations were reflected both in operation-specific documents and in Xstrata’s corporate reports. The Works also manages the production of Xstrata’s sustainability reports and has been able to significantly reduce their environmental impact.
